A few metres from the hustle of Knightsbridge and bustle of Belgravia, this mews development was all ready for first fix to commence when the call came in.
The main contractor had a keen interest in the AV specification.
We set about building an attractive, marketable approach, & happily teamed up to set out using Control4 and it’s integrated product range throughout.
From the front door intercom, the audio system & speakers, the cinema room control, to the whole house lighting control.
One brand, one approach, and following the discussions, one team!
Beyond that, we agreed the postcode did mean a certain level of fit and finish to the systems was rightfully assumed.

Coordinated drawings and site focus ensured the lighting scheme was installed and connected for seamless control throughout.
A full structured cabling schedule for TV, broadband, audio, control and lighting helped the first fix cable thread its way through the building, before the walls & ceilings were finished.
Meanwhile, off site, the AV rack was fully built up and organised.
All the network & control equipment was pre-programmed, documented and then delivered & installed efficiently
With temporary internet, the systems were set up and monitored until the new owner moved across to a permanent connection.
Post sale, all the systems can be controlled through the client’s own smart phone (useful as they frequently travel between London and…”somewhere else” ) and the living room touchscreen.
The heating can be controlled in the same app, and the TV room control gives simple control of a world of media content.
A full maintenance contract means the system is remotely supported all year, and serviced when the clients are away, so no intrusion is needed to keep things up to date and working seamlessly.
